Timetable & Prices

At Palace Pilates we run our classes  in 6 or 7 week blocks with spaces restricted to 12 per class.  The cost per 6 week block is £72 / £84 for a 7 week block and attendance is by prior enrolment only.  This really helps us understand who is attending each class and to plan the courses accordingly and on a more personal basis.

Guide to our classes:

Beginners Pilates

The starting point for anyone new to Pilates.  We have two types of beginners course – one for those new to the technique with no major injury and a rehabilitation physio-led course for those currently in pain or with injury.  Both courses will teach you the principals of alignment, breathing and core stability and enable you to join one of our other follow on classes.  Suitable for all ages, and levels of fitness.

Core Pilates and Back Care

These classes will take you further into the main Pilates matwork repertoire but with an emphasis on back care and developing your core stability.  These classes will also include Physiotherapy based exercises.

Pilates Beginners plus, Intermediate and Advanced

For those who have mastered the basic technique and want a balanced, effective, total body workout.  These classes cover a lot of the challenging, higher intensity classical intermediate and advanced matwork repertoire.
